What is Krysaliis?
Krysaliis is an online precious gifts boutique providing a diverse range of silver and silver plated gifts as well as sterling silver and gold jewellery. One can order the products like baby gifts, gifts or home, mens gifts and womens gifts online at our boutique.
What does Sterling Silver means?
It is a type of silver used in making of ornaments such as bracelets, earrings, pendants etc. Sterling Silver is also an alloy of 92.5% silver and 7.5% copper.
What do you mean by light weight jewellery or gifts?
Krysaliis uses state of the art technology for manufacturing in house its gifts and jewellery , whereby the weight of precious metal going into the item is reduced drastically, without changing the aesthetics and look and feel of the pieces. What this does is, in times like today, whereby precious metal prices are soaring through the roof, and jewellery and gifts are becoming very expensive to purchase, these items sold at our stores are made much more affordable keeping the look intact as well as preserving an extremely high finish quality.
How to define finger size for finger ring?
Follow the below steps to measure your finger ring size:
  1. Take a piece of string or a paper and wrap around the base of your finger
  2. Now make a marking where two ends touch
  3. Measure the length of the marked section of string or paper
  4. Compare your measurement with the chart below to determine your ring size.

Do you have stores? Can I visit you to see the jewellery?
We have recently launched our Krysaliis gift boutiques in Mumbai where customers can come and experience our exclusive designs for real. These stores offer you, the customer, an opportunity to visit the boutique and view our products first hand thus enabling you to purchase confidently from our website.
Does Krysaliis have a catalog?
Yes, you can contact us for catalogs if needed for corporate enquiries.
Do you sell gift cards or gift certificates?
Our gift certificates are available online for you to purchase. Alternatively, you can purchase these at our boutiques as well.
I can't find the piece I wanted on the site anymore. Can I still order it?
Absolutely. Just give us a call and let us know what it is that you needed. We will do our level best to satisfy whatever needs you have.
How much does it cost me to have a Krysaliis product delivered to my home?
Krysaliis provides free shipping on all items within India.
What is the estimated delivery time?
Our delivery date depends on the product selected as well as the shipping address provided by you. We have several products under the Express Delivery section. These are ready to ship products and will be delivered to your address within 2 to 10 business days.

The rest of our products are 'Made to Order' and it takes us 7 to 24 business days to safely deliver these jewellery pieces to you. This includes the time taken to individually handcraft each product and ship it to your delivery address.

Please note that the business days mentioned do not include Sundays and festive holidays.
Can I commission a custom design?
Please call our Customer Caret team and they will be able to help you. You can customise designs based on the requirement as well as provide bespoke services which include designing of product to execution, for corporate gifting.
Can I order a ring in a size that isn't offered on the site?
No, our apologies as of now we do not accept orders for custom sizes.
How will the delivery be done?
We process the national delivery only through reputed insured couriers like Bluedart. Please check if we deliver to your pincode. If there is no courier service available in your area, we do apologize for the inconvenience caused.
How safe is my product?
Your jewellery is shipped in durable, tamper-proof packing that ensures that the contents remain intact. Your jewellery and gifts are fully insured until they reach your doorstep, and we only work with reputed and established courier services like Blue Dart. Please do not accept any package that has been tampered with.
Does Krysaliis deliver internationally?
Yes indeed. Krysaliis will deliver internationally as well. You can call our customer service for more information. You can also call our US office if needed.
Can I change my shipping address after I have place an order?
If it is not shipped as yet, you can change the shipping address or else Krysaliis will coordinate with our courier partners to get your purchase delivered to the new address. Please contact our Customer Care team . If your address cannot be changed because your jewellery is in transit, we will reship it to your new address as soon as the consignment is returned back to us.
What if I don't know the ring size?
We have a complimentary plastic ring sizer that we'd be happy to send across to you. We'd love to help you get your ring size it right the first time!
Can I resize my Ring?
We offer complimentary ring resizing within 15 days from shipping date. If the design doesn't permit resizing, we will replace the ring free of cost with a new ring of the new size. Beyond 15 days from date of shipping, if the design permits, we can resize the ring for a small charge.
Do you carry a specific style/gem?
You can use the drop down menus in our top navigation bar to browse by piece type or by gem. We also have a very powerful text search. Just type what you are looking for in the search box in the upper right-hand corner of the site. You can find colors, styles, and price ranges this way also.
What will my packing be like?
Your gifts or jewellery will arrive in exclusive Krysaliis gift boxes.
How can I redeem my reward points?
You can redeem your reward points with each purchase you make on our website. You may redeem a maximum of 10% of the Shopping Cart Value . Any Discount coupon would not be applicable while redeeming the points.

How do I track my order after it has been shipped?

How do I make a payment for a purchase?
Krysaliis offers multiple methods to make payments for your order: Credit Card & Debit Card, Net Banking and cash on delivery.

All Credit/Debit card details remain confidential and private. Krysaliis and our trusted payment gateways use SSL encryption technology to protect your card information.
Are there any hidden costs?
There are no hidden costs or additional shipping charges. The total price mentioned on the product page next to the photograph is the final price. What you see is what you pay.
How do I pay using a Credit/Debit card and is it safe?
We accept VISA and Master Card (Indian cards only). You will need to key in your 16-digit Credit/Debit Card number and the 3 digit CVV Code (Card Verification Value - found on the back of the card) and complete the payment flow. All Credit/Debit card details remain confidential and private. BlueStone and our trusted payment gateways use SSL encryption technology to protect your card information.
How long will it take to get refunds, if any?
The refunded amount will be directly credited to your bank account after we receive your jewellery. Please mail or call our customer care team with your bank account and IFSC code which can be found printed on your cheque book.
How do I return it?
You may contact us via mail, phone or chat and we will be happy to courier a Krysaliis tamper proof package to you. Please secure your solitaire in this package, along with the original packing material and certificate. Once you have the package ready, contact us and we will have it picked up from you through courier service.

We will refund the money to your bank account or credit card once we have received the solitaire. Please note that in case of an exchange, you will be receiving a voucher of the exchange value from us. This voucher can be used to purchase jewellery available on our website.
What is your Return Policy?
Our 15-day No Questions asked Return Policy gives you time to make sure your purchase is perfect. If you need to return it for any reason, we'll happily provide you with a full refund or exchange, within 15 days of the shipping date. Yes, it's that simple. We can only accept the product without custom engraving, in its original condition and with the certification.
Will you withhold some shipping charges when I return the product within 30 days?
No. When we said, we'll return the money you paid in full, we meant it.
Will I have to pay for shipping the product back to you?
We offer FREE Return Shipping. You'll receive complimentary return shipping on all resizing, exchanges, or refunds for all products within the 30-day return policy.
How do I return the product to Krysaliis within 15 days?

  • » As soon as we receive your request we will courier you a Krysaliis tamper proof package. This will come pre-printed with our return address and unique serial number. It will also have your Name and Address on the outside return area.
  • » Secure your jewellery with the original packing materials and certificate in the tamper proof package provided by Krysaliis Note that once the package is sealed, it cannot be opened unless destroyed.
  • » Once your package is ready, just contact our customer delight team and we will send a courier to pick it up from you.
  • » Once your returned item is received by Krysaliis, your refund or new item will be processed.
