What does Sterling Silver means?

It is a type of silver used in making of ornaments such as bracelets, earrings, pendants etc. Sterling Silver is also an alloy of 92.5% silver and 7.5% copper.All Krysaliis products are guaranteed in purity and stamped 925 in conformity as well. So just rest assured. You will receive a high quality tested product. So shop in peace!

My Krysaliis product is tarnishing....What should i do?

Tarnishing of a silver product is totally normal. So please relax! Silver has properties to tarnish when exposed to the atmosphere, and in India especially this is a problem. All you need to do is take a damp soft cloth and clean the silver. For heavier tarnished pieces, just call us and we offer some solutions you can use to clean the silver and make your silver sparkling again. Though all this won't always be necessary as we do cover our products in an anti tarnish coating which is food grade as well. That said, issues can always occur due to surrounding pollution etc. So just contact us and we will help you out either ways. 

Do you sell gift cards or gift certificates?

Our gift certificates are available online for you to purchase. We have different denominations available as well. Krysaliis gift cards are perfect gifting options allowing the person you gifted it to, to purchase something they really like and so everyone is happy!

I can't find the piece I wanted on the site anymore. Can I still order it?

Absolutely. Just give us a call and let us know what it is that you needed. We will do our level best to satisfy whatever needs you have.

How much does it cost me to have a Krysaliis product delivered to my home?

Krysaliis provides free shipping on all items within India.

What is the estimated delivery time?

Our delivery date depends on the product selected as well as the shipping address provided by you. Most of our products are ready to ship and will be delivered to your address within 2 to 10 business days. If you need to confirm when you will receive your order, please email us or contact us and we will gladly help you out. Please note that the business days mentioned do not include Sundays and festive holidays.

Can I commission a custom design?

Yes of course! Please call our Customer Care team and they will be able to help you. You can customise designs based on the requirement as well as provide bespoke services which include designing of product to execution, for corporate gifting.

Can I order a ring in a size that isn't offered on the site?

No, our apologies as of now we do not accept orders for custom sizes. But we are sure one of the sizes we offer will fit. We're really sorry though if you didn't find what you were looking for.

How will the delivery be done?

We process the national delivery only through reputed insured couriers like Bluedart. Please check if we deliver to your pincode. If there is no courier service available in your area, we do apologize for the inconvenience caused.

How safe is my product?

Your gifts are shipped in durable, tamper-proof packing that ensures that the contents remain intact. Your jewellery and gifts are fully insured until they reach your doorstep, and we only work with reputed and established courier services like Blue Dart. Please do not accept any package that has been tampered with.The Silver used by us is from trusted sources and all our products are child safe and food safe even though they are anti tarnish for long periods. Does Krysaliis deliver internationally?

Yes indeed. Krysaliis will deliver internationally as well. You can call our customer service for more information. For customers in the USA please visit our website www.allsilvergifts.com and and you can order what you like. Most of our products are available on our US store as well. For all other countries, we don't have stores, but we can ship them from one of our stores provided its feasible for you. Customer duties and shipping charges will have to be paid by you the customer. Our customer care team will help you out if you have any further queries.  

Can I change my shipping address after I have place an order?

If it is not shipped as yet, you can change the shipping address or else Krysaliis will coordinate with our courier partners to get your purchase delivered to the new address. Please contact our Customer Care team . If your address cannot be changed because your order is in transit, we will reship it to your new address as soon as the consignment is returned back to us.

What will my packing be like?

Your gifts or jewellery will arrive in exclusive  gift boxes. Our customers have always loved our packaging.

Can I order by phone?

Sure. You can browse through our designs on the website and order your selected design by phone. Our customer Care representative would help you place the order. Please contact them at +91 9769 32 33 34.

Will I get an order confirmation?

Yes. Your order confirmation will be sent to the e-mail you provide while placing your order. You will also receive an sms on your mobile number if that is what you would like as well.

How to Cancel an Order?

How do I track my order after it has been shipped?

Please log in to your krysaliis account and track your order in the "Order History" section of your account. There will be a link as well on your order confirmation mail, to allow you to track your package.

How do I make a payment for a purchase?

Krysaliis offers multiple methods to make payments for your order: Credit Card & Debit Card, Net Banking, Paytm, COD ( Cash on Delivery) etc.All Credit/Debit card details remain confidential and private. Krysaliis and our trusted payment gateways use SSL encryption technology to protect your card information.

Are there any hidden costs?

There are no hidden costs or additional shipping charges. The total price mentioned on the product page next to the photograph is the final price. What you see is what you pay.

How do I pay using a Credit/Debit card and is it safe?

We accept VISA and Master Card (Indian cards only). You will need to key in your 16-digit Credit/Debit Card number and the 3 digit CVV Code (Card Verification Value - found on the back of the card) and complete the payment flow. All Credit/Debit card details remain confidential and private. ASG and our trusted payment gateways use SSL encryption technology to protect your card information.

How long will it take to get refunds, if any?

The refunded amount will be credited to your original payment method after we receive your return.  Normally the refund should take about 7-10 days to credit your account. 

How do I return it?

You may contact us via mail, phone or chat and we will be happy to run you through the process. Please secure your return in the original packaging as received. Once you have the package ready, contact us and we will have it picked up from you through courier service.We will refund the money to your bank account or credit card once we have received and inspected the return. Please note that in case of an exchange, ASG will ship your new selected product once the original order return has been received and inspected.

What is your Return Policy?

Our 15-day No Questions asked Return Policy gives you time to make sure your purchase is perfect. If you need to return it for any reason, we'll happily provide you with a full refund or exchange, within 15 days of the shipping date. Yes, it's that simple. We can only accept the product without custom engraving, in its original condition and with the certification.

Will you withhold some shipping charges when I return the product within 15 days?

Only the shipping costs will be deducted from the total payment amount. Our Customer care team will provide you with details if needed. 

Will I have to pay for shipping the product back to you?

We offer FREE Return Shipping if there is a genuine product issue or defect, or if you have exchanged this for another product. For any other returns or refunded returns, the shipping has to be borne by the customer. We will of course arrange for the pick up. Your refund amount would have these shipping charges deducted. We certainly hope you had your queries answered. If not, Please don't worry.
