We offer Free Shipping for all orders within India, unless specified due to geographic reachibility. 

We will begin processing your order no later than the next business morning. Most items are in-stock and ready to ship. In-stock items will ship within approximately
2-3  business days.

If your item is not in stock, we can provide additional information regarding estimated manufacturing and delivery times. If you place your order online and the item is on back order, in most cases, we will notify you via the email you provided. If we do not hear back from you within 24 hours, we will try to reach you by phone.

Please keep in mind, while we strive to have inventory in stock for all items listed on our website, due to offline and large quantity orders there is a small possibility an item may temporarily sell out. All engraved orders ship out in 5-7 business days.

Returns & Exchanges

All orders are processed within 24 hours. You will receive an email confirmation when your order has been shipped. All orders are shipped directly by Krysaliis. Most of the products we offer are in stock and available for shipment within 2-3 days of placing your order. Please allow an additional 2- 5 business days if your order will be custom engraved. The engraving schedule will fluctuate with demand. We will make every effort to fill every custom order in a timely fashion. If you have a specific date that you need a gift delivered by please make us aware of your requirement. We offer free shipping on any order to anywhere within India.  All orders shipping outside of India will be sent through the Postal Service or UPS and subject to customs fees upon entering the destination country.

International Shipments

We do ship internationally. You must call us to make international orders. Depending on the size of the shipment, we reserve the right to charge more should the weight or number of packages warrant additional cost. Please be aware that most countries will charge a customs fee when the package reaches its destination.

Returns and Exchanges:

We accept returns on non-engraved items within 15 days of shipment. When received, we will issue a credit for the purchase price of the item minus any additional shipping costs we have incurred ( out of reach areas). Please email us at to request a return, so that we can send over a return form to be inserted in your package. Any returns made without a return authorization will not be accepted as we need to track returns. 

Please note that any special order or engraved item is not eligible for return unless it is damaged or defective. In an event the product is engraved but damaged, we will replace the product for you. 

We have 3 options for return:

  • Return your item for a refund minus the shipping charges incurred 
  • Exchange your item for another item for free - if higher, the difference amount to be paid 
  • Get a store credit 

All Silver Gifts pays for the shipping on all orders. If a package is returned to us with an undeliverable address, we will contact you to let you know it has been returned. However we will have to charge the minimum fee of ₹ 299/- to re-ship the package.

Damaged or defective merchandise:

Please examine the contents of your order immediately upon receipt. If any item is damaged or has a manufacturer’s defect, please contact Customer Service at +91 9769 32 33 34 within 7 days of receipt for return instructions. We will request delivery back by customer or will issue a return authorization and arrange to have your package picked up. Once we receive and inspect the returned merchandise, we will either replace it at no charge or issue a merchandise credit minus shipping charges. Please remember no returns can be accepted without a return authorization! If you receive an order that has not been engraved and decide you don’t like it, please call Customer Service at +91 9769 32 33 34 within 7 days of receipt for a return authorization. All returned items must be in original, unused condition.

Engraved and special order returns:

Any engraved or special order item cannot be accepted for return unless it is damaged or defective. All engraved items are not eligible of return and if damaged, we only offer an exchange of the product. Engraving mistakes:

For any engraved or personalized items, please check and re-check your spelling and grammar carefully before submitting your order to us. We are not responsible for any spelling or grammar mistakes submitted by the customer. When packaging your merchandise for return:

  1. Please remember no returns can be accepted without a return authorization, regardless of the reason for return.
  2. Please re-use the original carton and packing material.
  3. Please email us at to request a return. 
  4. We will email you a return form that needs to be put into the package 
  5. Place the merchandise, packing slip and return form inside the carton and seal the carton with appropriate packaging tape.
