Wow loved this complete baby gift hamper. i had to send this hamper to my brother in canada as he just became dad and was delived in just 2 days and helped me send the hamper on time

I bought a hamper containing a bowl, a spoon, and a porringer. The finish of the product is good. Was delivered on time. It was my fault that I did not check out the weight etc, but post the purchase I feel the product was highly overpriced. The engraving was not done as per specification. The engraving was more like how a local silversmith does it. The packaging was of a card paper box on the outside with satin wrapped over thermocol. Did not give a high luxury feel. There was a very small stamping of silver purity on the back of the product and the guarantee card was not impressive. There is no return policy, the company just gives store credit.
