How do I return it?

Krysaliis is committed to customer satisfaction. We accept returns on non-engraved items within 48 hours of shipment. When received, we will issue a credit for the purchase price of the item minus any shipping costs we have incurred. That’s it.

Please note that any special order or engraved item is not eligible for return unless it is damaged or defective.
